| Pathlight Counseling is committed to guiding individuals through Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) with structured counseling, transition support, and aftercare services. 9-Month Treatment Plan → Weekly individual and group therapy sessions for all RSAT participants → A structured approach to healing, accountability, and personal growth Preparing for Release (Last Two Months of RSAT) → Focus on transition planning to ensure a smooth reintegration → Support in securing safe, sober housing After Graduation: Pathlight Aftercare Program → Continued weekly individual and group therapy → Access to a digital recovery tool for ongoing support → Accountability to complete 90 recovery meetings in 90 days Pathlight’s Transition & Support Services At Pathlight Counseling, we ensure that RSAT participants have the resources they need for a successful transition. We help individuals move into vetted sober living communities, providing a safe and supportive environment for continued recovery. To ease the transition, we supply essential items such as clothing, luggage, and personal care products. Additionally, we assist participants in securing bus passes and health insurance to support their independence. Beyond these services, we work closely with local ministries to address personal needs, ensuring every individual has the support necessary to rebuild their lives with confidence. |
